Hi, I'm Cassidy, owner of LYH Elevator Inspections.

After spending years in the elevator industry, I saw firsthand how difficult it could be for customers to get inspections scheduled on time and receive the personal attention they deserved. I started LYH Elevator Inspections because I believed there was a better way.

As the owner and sole inspector, every inspection is completed by me. When you call, email, or schedule an inspection, you're working directly with the person who will be on-site. I take the time to understand each property, communicate clearly, and provide thorough, independent inspections that help keep your elevators safe and code compliant.

I intentionally built LYH Elevator Inspections to remain a small business. That allows me to be responsive, flexible, and focused on quality rather than volume. My goal isn't to complete as many inspections as possible—it's to build long-term relationships by providing dependable service you can count on year after year.

I'm proud to serve businesses and organizations throughout Central Virginia. As a way of giving back to the community, I offer discounted pricing for qualifying religious and nonprofit organizations. My hope is that the money they save on inspections can be redirected toward the programs, services, ministries, and outreach that strengthen the communities they serve.
